American company, with offices in the whole world, one of the best distributors of medical equipment for dentists.

Their Italian office has got good incomes and revenues in Europe.

Their yearly convention involves the aspects of communication and creativity, the preparations for their workshop with their sponsors, according to the proposed spaces; dinners and gala with shows, and the logistical organization of the event, which involves about 300 people between sales managers and sponsors, with overnight stays and trips.

Concept

The company took part in an industry fair and Feelfine put up a “continuous” concept to rationalize transfer costs and take the opportunity to involve companies as sponsors, in order to meet the entire sales team and introduce them new articles or commercial information. We have collected a considerable number of sponsors, and this leads us to think of a larger space to satisfy the number of requests and the related set-ups. All the participants are “in the running”, in order to achieve the objectives. Therefore, there is no better vision than an individual competition (not in group), which can show the talent of each person in their own territory.

The Key Factor

Feelfine creates and puts into practice the space dedicated to the “pre-fair workshop”, with customized settings for each sponsoring company. These structures can be easily reused on other occasions. Feelfine proposed a location in the proximities of the headquarters of this important industry fair, in this way the sales team could optimize their resources in terms of time and transfers, for updates and visits to customers. We offer our sponsors two sponsorship solutions, and in this way, we are able to modulate their participation according to their precise needs.

The Result

We have collected a considerable number of sponsors, and this made us think about possible future collaborations, with the need to look for a larger space to satisfy the number of requests and the related set-ups. In the wake of our optimization, the company expanded its “post-event” visibility thanks to the positive “rumors” of the convention, the customer received positive feedback and was contacted by other companies to participate in the workshop for the next event.
